Noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) devices are those devices that suffer from too much decoherence to be fault-tolerant, and have only a moderate number of qubits (roughly fifty to a few hundred). ¹

NISQ devices are currently available in the market. They have been used to demonstrate quantum computational supremacy.
