De Morgan’s Law states that the NOT of an AND is the OR of the NOTs, and the NOT of an OR is the AND of the NOTs. ¹

• $\overline{AB} = \overline{A} + \overline{B}$
• $\overline{A+B} = \overline{A}\overline{B}$

This can be used to simplify Boolean Algebra equations.
